April 29th, we have confirmation of the first US death from the H1N1 virus. The victim was "a Mexican toddler who had traveled with his family to Texas."

CDC is now showing 91 US cases of the Swine Flu, aka H1N1 virus. The virus is also confirmed in ten states now(!) Highlighted are the new additions to the official list ( Read more... )

The WHO (World Health Officials) have this flu on Phase 4 of the alert level, out of six Phases. This means that the flu is readily spreading person-to-person.

152 people are believe to have died from this now in Mexico. The Mexican Health Secretary is suggesting it came from California or Texas. (WTF ( Read more... )

149 deaths are not believed to have been caused by the Swine flu, but only 20 have been confirmed.

I found out about the swine flu on the 24th, and am posting this because the spread of the virus is pretty alarming.
